For women navigating life's harder seasons, finding their way forward and stepping into what's next.
You're doing everything for everyone else and running on empty. You show up, you hold it together, you keep going — but somewhere along the way, you've lost track of who you are outside of the roles you play.
Maybe life has become harder than you expected. Maybe you're navigating parenting, single parenthood, change or a season that has left you wondering what comes next.
Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong — you just know you're ready for something more. More connection. More adventure. More confidence. More of you.
You want connection with people who actually get it. Not pity. Not judgement. Not someone telling you how you should live your life.
If you recognise yourself in any of that — you're in the right place.
Connection Wellbeing Hub exists for women who feel disconnected — from themselves, from others, or from the life they actually want to be living.
Through mentoring, one-to-one support, workshops, nature experiences, community and retreats, I create spaces where you can slow down, get honest about where you are, and start moving in a direction that actually feels like yours.
This isn't hustle. This isn't "look at me, I'm doing it all right." It's not miracles and it's not fluff.
It's support from someone who will listen properly, tell you the truth with warmth, and walk beside you while you work out what comes next.
And even with a bag full of tools, we still fall over sometimes. That's not failure. That's just Tuesday.
What matters is knowing you don't have to get back up alone.
My job is to create a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, ask the questions you've been avoiding, and find your own answers — with someone walking beside you rather than directing you from the front.
I'll be honest with you when honesty is what you need — always with warmth, never with judgment. I speak plainly and simply, because support shouldn't need a translator.
There's a natural pathway that most people move through when something needs to change — and I've seen it enough times, in my own life and walking alongside others, to know how it tends to go. First you need to feel safe enough to be honest. Then space to look at where you are without judgment. Then reconnect with what you actually want. Then the practical steps. Then the shift.
My job is to walk beside you through that

There isn't one right way forward — here are some of the ways we can work together.
A personal one-to-one conversation. Talk things through, feel heard, and work out what comes next.
Side by side, outdoors, at your pace. Sometimes a conversation is easier when you're moving.
A longer, more immersive nature experience for when you need more space and time.
Planning a trip and not sure where to start? 20+ years of travel industry experience at your service.

Not sure what feels right yet or just wanting to connect? That's okay. Start here — in a free community of people who get it.
A community of over 13k solo parent families who connect, get outside together, and remind each other they're not doing this alone.
Join more then 1k active women who want to get outside, move their bodies, and connect with others in a genuine, low-pressure way.
For parents and carers raising kids who don't fit the mould — the ones walking on eggshells, running on empty, and doing most of it without anyone who truly gets it nearby.
No scripts. No hard sell. No pretending I can fix everything.
Just a real conversation — you tell me where you're at, I'll listen properly, and I'll be honest about whether I think I can help. Sometimes that call alone opens a door. And if I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too and point you somewhere that is.
Workshops, walk and talks, resources and reflections — when they're ready, you'll hear about them first. No spam. Unsubscribe any time. Just the good stuff.
